Jeanne Davies - Executive Director
Jeanne carries responsibility for resources, advocacy, volunteer coordination, social media, administration, and development. She is ordained in the Church of the Brethren, has a Master of Divinity degree from Bethany Theological Seminary in Richmond, Indiana, a Graduate Certificate in Homiletic Peer Coaching from Vanderbilt Divinity School, and a Graduate Certificate in Disability and Ministry from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan. Jeanne has a passion for disability advocacy and inclusion, and believes that the whole church benefits when all the members of the Body are actively connected. She lives in West Dundee, Illinois, with her husband, Joel.
Kate Szambecki - Resource Director
Kate is responsible for ADN’s social media, blog, and newsletter, as well as strengthening ADN’s network of churches, advocates, and disability resources.
Kate specializes in writing and content creation, web design, outreach and communication, and project management. She has a passion for storytelling, connecting with others, and advocacy. Kate hopes to work toward a more accessible church for all. She is currently in her last year of study at Eastern Mennnonite University in Harrisonburg, VA.
Emily Hunsberger - Office Administrator
Emily Hunsberger works part-time as Office Administrator. Emily received a bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Bluffton University in 2018. With work experience garnered from many years as summer camp director at Amigo Centre and one year as a paraprofessional in a special education classroom, Emily provides the organization and support needed for ADN to continue to nurture inclusive communities. Originally from Archbold, Ohio, Emily now lives in Goshen, Indiana with her husband, Micah and her cat, Cosmo.
