Faith formation is the process by which we learn to live as a person of Christian faith and belief.

ADN's faith formation resources

We offer faith formation resources focused in two directions:

  • Resources intended to support the faith formation of people with disabilities. These are particularly relevant for students with learning differences such as intellectual disability, learning disabilities, autism, etc.
  • Resources intended to support the faith formation of the whole congregation in learning to appreciate the gifts and needs that persons of all abilities bring to the Body of Christ.
    • Consider ADN's Speakers or Reviews of recommended books and videos (links in right column) as you plan to cultivate disability awareness in your congregation.
    • Look under Church Leaders for theological responses to disability and other resources for preaching and Bible study.
