- How did the project start?
- The All In Project began as a collaborative effort between Mennonite Health Association and Anabaptist Disabilities Network. It began from a desire among congregation leaders to better include and recognize the gifts of individuals of all abilities and ages.
- How is the project funded?
- The All In Project is funded from the Lilly Endowment’s Nurturing Children Through Worship and Prayer Initiative. The initiative funds programs at a variety of organizations with the goal of helping Christian congregations more fully and intentionally engage children in intergenerational corporate prayer practices.
- What is the main goal for the project?
- The All In project plans to create intergenerational and accessible worship services where people of all ages and abilities, especially children with disabilities, can take part and share their gifts and leadership.
- Our congregation would like to be an All In congregation. Will there be future cohorts?
- Applications for the All In Cohort are closed. While we are not accepting new applications to participate for this pilot cohort, we are working at developing resources and training to support future congregations.
