Frequently Asked Questions 

  • When are applications due?
    • We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. We hope to have all congregations selected by October.
  • I’m really interested, but I’m still unsure if this is the right fit. Should I apply?
    • Yes, the application is a great tool to use in your discernment process. By applying, you are not committing to participating. Additionally, please reach out to set up a phone call if a conversation could help your discernment process.
  • When will the in-person kickoff retreat be?
    • The kickoff retreat will be next spring of 2026.
  • I applied. What happens next?
    • Once you apply, we will reach out and let you know that we received your application. After we have reviewed your application and we think your congregation could be a good fit, we’ll reach out for an interview over Zoom.
  • My church isn’t ADA accessible. Can I still apply?
    • Yes! Having a building that is physically accessible is important, but it’s just one piece of the puzzle. All In can be a great way for your church to take steps to being a more accessible and welcoming congregation for those with disabilities.
  • What does it cost to participate?
    • All program expenses are generously covered by the Lilly Endowment’s Nurturing Children Through Worship and Pray Initiative. Churches need to only give their time.
