Our Partners
There are several talented people who will be joining us in our work with All In. They will provide resources and expertise to our pilot congregations throughout the project.

Sarah Jean Barton, ThD, MS, OTR/L, BCP
Dr. Barton will be consulting with congregations on how to lead trauma-informed worship and integrate trauma-informed practices into their ministry. She is Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy and Theological Ethics at Duke University. She is a theologian and occupational therapist who holds a dual faculty appointment in the Divinity School and the School of Medicine at Duke, where she serves as Program Director of the Occupational Therapy Doctorate. Her scholarly, church, and community work focuses on the intersections of disability with theology, ethics, and participation. She is the author of Becoming the Baptized Body: Disability and the Practice of Christian Community (Baylor University Press).

David Csinos, PhD
Dr. Csinos will share his expertise in intergenerational worship with participating congregations. He (www.davecsinos.com) is Associate Professor of Practical Theology at Atlantic School of Theology in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and founder of Faith Forward (faith-forward.net), an ecumenical network for innovation in ministry with children, youth, and families. Dave also serves as research director for Family Faith Every Day, a project of Chalice Media Group. He is author of several books and resources, including A Gospel for All Ages, Children’s Ministry in the Way of Jesus, and the upcoming book Church Together: An Essential Guide to All-Age Ministry, with Traci Smith. Dave is a sought-after speaker on topics related to children’s and youth ministry, preaching, faith formation, and ministry innovation.

Betty Pries
Dr. Pries will support congregation leaders as they implement changes and navigate transitions within their church. With 32 years of experience coaching, mediating, training, facilitating and consulting, Betty is highly regarded as a Conflict, Change, and Leadership Specialist. Betty specializes in working with complex challenges, supporting leaders and their organizations to be at their best. Betty’s capacity to care deeply, listen well, and provide wise and thoughtful support allows her to help her clients engage in tough, meaningful, and important conversations, set directions, and achieve positive organizational change.
Betty is a specialist in equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), leading anti-racism / anti-prejudice workshops, supporting EDI committees, reviewing and writing EDI-related policies, coaching leaders and offering support to organizations wrestling with EDI challenges.
Betty brings a wealth of experience to her work, having worked with a wide range of organizations, both nationally and internationally. Betty has extensive education, training, and experience in coaching, mediation, negotiation, consensus building, consultation, facilitation, and organizational health. As Co-Founder and CEO at Credence, Betty’s great joy has been the opportunity to mentor and support the growth of the Credence team. Betty has a PhD from the Free University Amsterdam on the topic of conflict transformation. She is a Chartered Mediator with the ADR Institute of Canada and a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario. Betty is a regular instructor at the University of Waterloo.
Dr. Betty Pries, and others at Credence, have experience supporting numerous organizations with both recent and historical allegations and/or findings of abuse by leaders and/or congregants/employees.

Soil and Seed
Seth Crissman and Greg Yoder of The Soil and Seed Project will collaborate with All In in the creation of printed worship resources and recorded music, and in experiential learning about accessible intergenerational worship.
