Fall Fundraiser 2026

The heart of our mission at Anabaptist Disabilities Network is to help every congregation to become a place where all who thirst for God find belonging.

ADN supports congregations to become more accessible through Barrier-Free Grants, curriculum for youth and adults with intellectual disabilities, webinars on various disability topics, congregational accessibility audits, consultations, and more.

This year we hope to raise $15,000 to further this important work. We have $7,500 in pledged matching funds to help your donation go twice as far.

In the past year, we have:

  • Brought together 19 congregations to participate in the All In: Immersive Worship for Everybody project, to create accessible, intergenerational worship. Together, these congregations are exploring worship practices that engage people of all ages and abilities.
  • Published a free downloadable worship resource, “Who is God?” at https://www.anabaptistdisabilitiesnetwork.org/allin/year-one-resources/ which includes12 worship services for people of all ages and abilities. (A copy of the Table of Contents is on the back of this sheet.)
  • Provided Accessibility Services at denominational conferences, including mobility scooters, hearing assistance devices, digital transcriptions of screen text for people who are low vision or Blind, sensory rooms, and a “prayground” in worship for families with small children.
  • Conducted Accessibility Audits, including an audit of the entire property of Camp Mack, so that their programs are more accessible to people with disabilities.
  • Given Barrier-Free Grants, including grants for an access ramp at the entrance of Hope Mennonite Church and ADA-compliant signage throughout the building of Columbus Mennonite Church.
  • Offered a workshop on Trauma-Informed Ministry, a webinar with Tatum Tricarico about her Lenten devotional, Blessed Is the Body: Disability Justice and the Community of Christ, and an online ADN Community Conversation about sensory rooms.
